The Finance Fitness Course is an intensive, 2-day programme designed for business leaders and professionals to master financial decision-making. By blending foundational theory with real-world case studies, the curriculum bridges the gap between academic concepts and practical application — equipping participants with the analytical tools necessary to navigate modern financial landscapes.
Day 1 builds the foundation: financial literacy, the Order-to-Cash cycle, the Big Three statements, performance metrics and AI-powered financial analysis. Day 2 elevates participants to strategy: capital structure, WACC, Value-Based Management, EVA, break-even, enterprise value and scenario analysis.
